Onsite Registration

You may check-in at the registration booth from 6pm-8pm on Saturday, and after 8am on all other days of the conference. The registration area will be in the Mediterranean Foyer.

Note:

All technical paper authors, workshop/symposia authors, tutorial presenters, demo presenters, poster presenters, and ACM SRC participants must register before the Early Bird deadline of September 2, 2013.

We accept credit cards as our primary means of payment. Bank transfer is possible with all incurred expenses the responsibility of the registrant (there will be a $25 processing fee for each bank wire transfer, in addition to any costs the registrant may receive from their bank). Registrations become effective only after receipt of payment.

The cancellation fee is $50. No cancellation will be allowed after September 25th, 2013. To request a cancellation, please write an email to info@modelsconference.org.

Please note that changes to a registration are also subject to a $50 fee due to credit card service fees incurred through each change.

Substitution of registration is welcome for a $25 fee. Substitutions are not allowed after September 25th, 2013. To request a substitution, please write an email to info@modelsconference.org.

All registrations after September 25th, 2013, must be done onsite. The onsite fee is $100 above the Late Registration fee (e.g., onsite registration for the main conference for an IEEE/ACM member would be $100 plus the Late Fee of $800).

The registration fees for non-students cover:

• MODELS conference: breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks (Wednesday to Friday, Friday without lunch), online access to the conference proceedings, attendance at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and the Conference Dinner on Thursday evening
• MODELS satellite events: contintental breakfast, lunches and coffee breaks (Sunday to Tuesday), attendance at Satellite Event Reception on Monday evening

Student registrations do not include attendance at the conference banquet, but students are invited to attend all breakfasts, lunches, breaks and receptions for the days they are registered. Proof of student status is required upon request.
